We’re hiring
Our internal product is already live and improving through daily use. We need a curious, hands-on product builder to refine what exists and help turn real usage insights into a simple customer-facing experience.
We curate the right-fit talent for meaningful engagement, entertainment and brand partnerships across genres, geographies and platforms.
As specialists and aggregators in the celebrity, talent, and entertainment ecosystem, we execute over 750 talent engagements annually across 20+ talent categories. Our clientele includes most of the India's top event and experiential marketing agencies and many eminent corporates and brands across sectors.
Talent, artiste and entertainment solutions for corporate and social events.
Celebrity partnerships for endorsements and marketing campaigns.
Macro and mega influencer partnerships for digital campaigns.
An internal application has already been built and is being actively used by our team. Everyday use is helping us learn and improve.
The application is continuously being enhanced using real workflows, user feedback, usage data and operational insights. These learnings are helping us refine its data, features, UI and UX, while also shaping the customer-facing application that follows.
We are looking for a hands-on Product & Technology Lead to take this journey forward: understand user needs, improve what is live, and help translate business requirements into a simple and intuitive product experience.
You will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership, while engaging with internal users and coordinating with our technology/implementation partner(s).
Your job is to connect business reality, user behaviour, data and technology—and make the product better with every release.
Observe internal users, find friction and prioritise refinements that make the existing application faster, simpler and more useful.
Convert real usage and data insights into clear workflows, features and thoughtful UI/UX for customers.
Turn business needs into clear priorities, requirements and user flows, then follow each release through testing and improvement.
Use analytics, feedback and experiments to improve adoption, turnaround time, customer experience and conversion.
Be the custodian of technology across the organisation, driving the effective selection, adoption, integration and optimisation of tools used across functions.
We are hiring for aptitude, drive and ownership—not simply for years on a résumé.
You will not be validating whether a problem exists. You will be improving a product already being used—and shaping what comes next.
You will stay close to internal users, requirements, user flows, testing, data and implementation. The role rewards someone who learns quickly, asks good questions, follows through and enjoys seeing ideas turn into useful releases.
